Welcome to Moulin Havelard, located in the côtes d’armor region, the heart of Brittany, in France. Moulin Havelard is a move-in-ready solid medieval watermill built in 1789.

This remodeled mill of 259 m2 is in excellent condition and sits on a 6112 m2 plot of land with a separate (unfinished) two-story dependence on the hill and a tiny river on the opposite side, running down below. An extra strip of land (not visible) on the right side of the river is included in the sale.

Food from the local farmers market is out of this world.

Brittany is world-renowned for its excellent seafood. If you are nice to him, the fishmonger will come to the house with his market stall, for you to pick whatever seafood you like, caught that morning.

A beautiful drive through farmland takes you to quaint towns, such as Moncontour, Saint-Briac, Saint-Brieuc, Saint-Malo, Josselin, and the World Heritage Site of Mont-Saint-Michel.
